Inviting Your Team

Add people to your agency and manage their access.

As an agency admin, you can add people to Quotamation and manage their access. Adding someone is also how they get their account.

Add a person

  1. Once logged into Quotamation, click Settings on the panel on the left side of the screen
  2. Go to Agency Settings
  3. Click Users
  4. Click Add User
  5. Fill in their First Name, Last Name, and Email. Phone Number is optional
  6. Choose a Role:
    • User for a regular agent
    • Admin for someone who can also manage agency settings and other users
  7. Click Add User to save

If your agency quotes through EZLynx, you'll also be asked for the person's EZLynx Username.

When you add someone new, Quotamation emails them a Welcome to Quotamation message with a link to set their password and log in. That link is good for 72 hours, and if it expires they can use Forgot password? to get a new one. If the person already has a Quotamation account, they're added to your agency right away without an email.

Edit a person

Click anyone's row in the table to update their details or change their role, then click Save Changes. One thing to know: changing someone's email will log them out until they sign back in.

Remove a person

Click the X next to the person you want to remove, then confirm. This can't be undone.

Managing users is available to admins. If you don't see Agency Settings, you're set up as a regular user.
